Instructions for use：
✢ Clean wound bed and surrounding skin with sterile saline, gently blot peripheral skin dry.
✢ Select matching chlorhexidine gauze size, aseptically open pouch and retrieve medicated gauze.
✢ Trim gauze with sterile scissors for irregular wound shapes, apply secondary absorbent dressing over gauze layer.
✢ Lay chlorhexidine gauze flat onto wound surface, secure outer dressing edges with medical tape.
