Collagen Dressing is composed of biocompatible Type I collagen derived from controlled, high-purity animal sources. It provides extracellular matrix nutrition to wound beds, promotes fibroblast proliferation and accelerates granulation tissue formation. The dressing maintains balanced moist conditions, reduces wound inflammation, and does not adhere to fresh healing tissue. Single-use sterile medical consumable.
Product Application
✢ Irrigate wound and surrounding skin with sterile saline/water, gently blot skin dry.
✢ Select suitable dressing size, aseptically open sterile pouch and retrieve collagen dressing.
✢Apply secondary cover dressing to fix collagen pad; trim dressing/tape with sterile scissors for irregular wounds if needed.
✢Pre-moisten collagen dressing with sterile liquid for dry wounds, then secure over wound surface.
Intended for use
✢ Low-moderate exudate wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, skin graft donor sites, chronic refractory wounds, post-surgical superficial wounds, venous ulcers.
