Sheet hydrogel dressing is composed of cross-linked medical hydrogel matrix, rich in moisturizing aqueous ingredients. It delivers continuous hydration to dry, necrotic wounds, softens slough tissue for autolytic debridement, cools inflamed wound surfaces, and creates non-adherent protective layer on fragile granulation tissue.
Instructions for use
✢ Clean wound bed and surrounding skin with sterile saline, gently blot skin dry.
✢ Select matching hydrogel sheet size, aseptically open pouch and retrieve dressing.
✢ Apply secondary cover dressing to fix hydrogel sheet; trim dressing with sterile scissors for irregular wounds.
✢ Directly place hydrogel sheet onto dry wound surface, secure peripheral edges with tape.
Indications:
✢ Dry necrotic wounds, partial-thickness burns, radiation dermatitis, low-exudate chronic ulcers, wound margin dryness, graft donor site moisturizing care.
