Framycetin-impregnated sterile gauze is cotton gauze loaded with broad-spectrum framycetin sulfate antimicrobial agent. It releases sustained antibacterial ingredients to inhibit gram-positive and gram-negative wound pathogens, prevents surface wound infection, and paraffin base maintains non-adherent lubrication for fragile tissue.
Instructions for use：
✢ Clean wound and surrounding skin with sterile saline, blot skin dry gently.
✢ Select matching gauze size, aseptically open pouch and retrieve framycetin gauze.
✢ Trim gauze with sterile scissors for irregular wounds, apply secondary absorbent dressing over gauze layer.
✢ Lay medicated gauze flat onto wound bed, fix outer dressing edges with medical tape.
Indications
✢ Low-moderate exudate wounds with infection risk, superficial traumatic wounds, minor burns, postoperative incisions, venous ulcers, skin graft donor sites, contaminated abrasions.
