Hydrogel-impregnated gauze combines medical woven gauze carrier with saturated moisturizing hydrogel. The porous gauze conforms to irregular wound contours, while embedded hydrogel continuously hydrates dry tissue, prevents gauze adhesion to wound bed, and delivers cooling relief for inflamed lesions.
Instructions for use
✢ Clean wound and surrounding skin with sterile saline, gently blot peripheral skin dry.
✢ Select matching gauze size, aseptically open pouch and retrieve hydrogel gauze.
✢ Trim gauze with sterile scissors for irregular wound shapes, apply secondary dressing to secure gauze layer.
✢ Lay hydrogel gauze directly onto wound surface, fix edges with medical tape.
Indications
✢ Dry partial-thickness burns, superficial chronic ulcers, graft donor sites, low-exudate abrasions, radiation dry skin lesions, wound packing for shallow cavities.
